Welcome to The Cosmetic Hub.  Please feel free to browse and use this website, while on this site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern The Cosmetic Hub's relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not continue to use our website.

Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. Please note – when attending a tattoo appointment, please be mindful of accidental pigment marks/spill. We advise you do not wear anything of value as we cannot take responsibility if clothing is permanently tarnished. 

COSMETIC TATTOO APPOINTMENTS

  • Please ensure that you read the 'pre-care' information to ascertain whether you are eligible for cosmetic tattoo.

  • You are required to purchase and apply your own numbing ointment in accordance with your pharmacists instructions.

  • Perfection Visits for Cosmetic Tattooing is a seperate fee of $99 if you rebook with the same artist who completed your initial tattoo. If you are seeing a different artist, a Perfection Visit will cost $150 as the artist will need to complete a new on-the-spot consultation.

  • Our prices are non-negotiable. 

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We do not issue refunds for products or services.

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The remainder is due at the time of treatment.

  • If you have made a booking and are unable to attend, please call the clinic and speak directly to the staff. In most cases we are able to rebook you for a suitable time and treatment. You must provide 24hours notice for all skin appointments and 72hours notice for all tattoo/injectables appointments in order for your paid deposit to be put towards a new appointment; however if the new appointment is for a more expensive treatment you may be required to pay the difference in deposit. 

  • If you cancel without rebooking or do not attend a booked appointment we reserve the right to retain your deposit. In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of treatment will be forfeited. If you have not attended 2 or more appointments, 100% of the service fee will be required in advance to book a new appointment.

  • Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

  • In order for us to provide you with a great service it is essential that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

 

PREPAID TREATMENTS / TREATMENT SERIES

  • There is no refund on pre-paid appointments / treatment series and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinic locations.

  • 'Pre-pays' have a 6 month expiry date 

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.

  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

ANTI-WRINKLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Clients may require less or more units to treat the selected area. If a client requires more than the maximum number of units to treat the selected areas, additional payment will be required. No refunds or reduction in price will be allowed if a client purchases a package but does not, or cannot safely, use all of the product units in the package in the one appointment.

  • The number of units administered will solely be at the discretion of the medical practitioner prescribing the product..

  • Products purchased in a package can only be used in one appointment and one individual person

  • Packages cannot be split over appointments.

  • Packages cannot be shared between two people.

  • Standard terms and conditions for cosmetic injections apply.

  • The terms of our refund policy apply to cosmetic injectables.

  • Due to legal reasons, product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact the clinic for further information.

  • Gift Vouchers are non redeemable with injectables promotions or sales.
